• PRINTING — Internet Explorer: First, make sure your browser is set to print background colours and images. Click on "View" or "Tools" (depending on the version) then on "Internet Options". Select "Advanced, scroll down to "Printing" and check the box preceding "Print background colours and images". To print, right click on the browser page and select "Print" in the pop-up menu. Netscape: You won't find the IE option here. Create a shortcut instead, then open the file in Internet Explorer.

• CREATING A DESKTOP SHORTCUT — Internet Explorer or Netscape: Right click on the page and select "Create a Shortcut" from the pop-up menu. IE will create the shortcut on your desktop. With Netscape, you may have to look around a bit.
