What do you know about Terrace pioneer James Nelson?
– 2/13/2002 10:57:50 AM We read with sadness of the recent death of Floyd Frank, one of the early pioneers of Terrace. My grandfather, James Nelson arrived in Terrace in 1910 and helped to build the log cabins and carts for transportation.
