Our goal is to provide high value management and leadership education experiences that produce results in the work place. We are a brokering agent that will connect you and your staff's individual training needs with the appropriate training program. Our target group are working people who want further training and to up date skills. We are unique in the way that our training centre is flexible in working to meet the needs of working people because we offer training in the evening, on weekends, or during holiday's when you have free time. The objective is to bring quality leadership, management and technical education to working people in Northwest BC. The Centre for Leadership and Technology is a new organization in Terrace. Our objective is to deliver high quality leadership and management and technical training to the Skeena Region. The Centre for Leadership and Technology is working in partnership with post secondary institutions such as the University of British Columbia, The Banff School of Management, and the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology. These institutions come to the Centre to teach programs which benefit mangers, professionals, as well as business and political leaders.
