This Program will introduce leaders and mangers in Aboriginal Governments and their affiliated organizations to the critical skills they need to succeed and thrive during these times of great change in the status quo. Participants will have the opportunity to assess their and find our where they need to improve their performance as a leader of manager. The emphasis throughout this program will be on using hands on practice to help participants master the competencies they require to create strategic focus within their organizations and achieve organizational goals.
